Jackson added that the NCAA said "we don't have to establish a violation but you have to show that one did not occur." Jackson said the burden of proof was on the Sidneys.
Granted it came from Jackson, but due to the course of things I tend to believe it. IF this is true, does that mean any time a school (Bama/Ole Miss) gets a top recruit we can call the NCAA and lock up that recruit in legal limbo?

I don't see it saying he provided everything they asked. He may have, just knowing how Jackson operates it would not surprise me.

The only thing that can be proved is that the Sidney's lived in a house they couldn't afford. Well that puts them in the same boat as 90% of the state of California.
