That's just ignorant. They aren't faster than the Jamaican National sprint team. Hahaha nobody is running a 4.2 on MSU or any team. That's Olympic speed.

Nobody said 4.2 flat. We did get a few guys that ran sub 4.4 and sub 4.3.

But who should care? A much bigger tell is football speed. Chris White didn't have a good 40 in the combine, but on the field he was the fastest LB I have ever seen at MSU.

Dexter McCluster didn't blow up the 40 either, but he can get it done on the field.

There is a big difference between a controlled sprint and playing football.

mullen has been touting holloway as a "demps" type and has been quoted as saying holloway ran sub 4.3 at the msu camp. i know redmond runs sub 4.4, no clue about jiles though--i think the point is speed is a big time part of this class as well as beef...great all around class, i think b. brown ran 4.4 at msu camp at 205lbs
