Well it seems as if Roye has bailed on his “verbal commitment.” If true, I for one feel PSU should not waste valuable resources by ever darkening the door at that high school again.

Didn't Barham commit to South Carolina just 3 days ago? Guess the SFA check from Maryland cleared this morning
Tyrece Mills still has to finish classes at Lackawanna so he won't sign today.

This is really, really great - thanks for sharing. It's on Signing Day more than any other you get to see CJF do what he does best - connect with recruits and families; he has something personal to say to everyone, knows everyone's family, is sincere, and genuinely seems to care. This part of his job he nails - let's get the game day stuff in order and we'll be good to go.
Franklin really hammering home the 'loyalty' and way these recruits handled the recruiting process. Lots of 'never wavering' - think Roye's decommit stung a little but Franklin making sure to let everyone know he's not forgetting. Wonder if Roye knows Adam McLean?

It would be interesting to find out if CJF pulled the offer when he visited USC.

ST Frances and Biff are POS, most of the kids he has have been coddled for life and turn out to be nothings in society.
The Post-Gazette lists Roye as a Penn State signee . . . 
So how many more sign in February? Any surprises from the portal? I like the idea of bringing in a couple of game-ready OL from the portal, especially considering this is an overall area of weakness for the roster.
Presuming Mills signs, we'll be down to 5 safeties- Winston, Driver, Mills, Ellis and Brown. There's a good chance Brown goes to the NFL so there's going to be a need at the position.
With the news of Travis Hunter flipping to Jackson State for millions of dollars thanks to NIL, I am thinking we need to find a way to connect a bit more with all of our many CEO alumni around the country... Our highly esteemed business school could come in handy here. 
You're not wrong but I doubt the millions of dollars came from Jackson State alumni.
