I wish TH could distance himself from them. He's the only reason I click on anything NJ.com these days. I don't even follow the others on twitter anymore. Enough solid content from Daily Targum, Rivals and other sites to satisfy me.

Why is Politi strapped to the top of that van?

I have no problem approaching them and telling them directly, politely and forcefully that it appears to many people that their organization appears to have a strong negative bias against Rutgers, and 90% of their reporting is recycling the same negative facts ad nauseum. While fans don't expect them to be total homers, they don't need to be so giddy silly at every slight miscue. This really showed during the Tyree incident. I will finish with: "How about getting with the program? Why don't you jump on the team and come on in for the big win?"

It's bait. They want something to go wrong so they can bash RU/the fans so they can write articles that will get clicks. 5 fans yelling obscenities will turn into an "out of control" fan base.
So we should take it to another level than. A complete boycott. No one show up.

Or pack the place and completely ignore them. Just like the crowd an Bar A when Fatso is there but everyone is there to see Southside

Flood should pull the "I don't need you guys to report on us-I have my own in-house guy to do that" and pull their credentials. it will be rough for a little bit but eventually Duggan can go to the Somerset Patriots beat and Politi can handle the Jets/Giants or something.

I'm not sure if they even know where they are supposed to be. The article says they will be at the scarlet walk by the circle. so which is it? I can see the article now: "Rutgers campus unnavigable. President Barchi hires outside consulting firm to investigate."

I noticed that, too, and it would have been fun to see how it played out, but no way Julie lets that paper of ***-clowns park their Remedial-Writing Mobile park anywhere near the Scarlet Walk.

Oh boy better keep the Orange Bowl rep away from Scarlet Walk shot ( attending for MSU Game) or they will write an article RU fans tries to liquor up Bowl Reps.

I noticed the stupidity of the statement as well. For the RU beat writers you'd think they know where the Scarlet Walk starts vs. where people on this board want it to start. Hmmmmm....perhaps they read these boards a bit too much and got confused thinking that's where it starts based on poster complaints?

that being said, I am guessing the bus will be up near the circle, just outside of the Blue Lot exactly where the NFL Sunday Night Football bus was last game.

Everyone who goes to the bus should just request a picture with Toddrick and specifically say they don't want one with the other 3.

The most effective thing someone can do is completely ignore them. They feed of activity, especially negative.

I'm sure there are 1.8MM better things to do before the game then spend a millisecond with those dolts.

They are looking for attention. Don't give them what they want.

We actually do liquor up the bowl reps, but it happens in the yellow lot. So no worries.

Alternatively, you could walk up to Todd Hunt and say "I enjoy and appreciate your coverage" and walk away without talking to the other two.

Guaranteed you will see many of our ( Old Boys Group) rubbing elbows alongside "Dandy Dan" Duggan, Sarah Sargent and "Putz Head" Politi... extolling how great their articles were in exposing the Rutgers Football program and it's undermining coach for violations and non discipline...These 3 ( soon to be former reporters within the next few years ) should be ignored TOTALLY by anyone who is a fan of Rutgers...but like all else that special "true " fan will be right there sucking up to NJ.COM

I think Duggan's articles have been fair if not mostly positive. I will click on his articles and of course Todderick's. I have noticed the titles for the other guy's articles seem to be trending more positive. I wonder if the SL is finally waking up and noticing that Dan and Todderick's articles are getting more clicks. This is B1G country now. They better start feeding the beast or they will be eaten by it.
