Simeon in IHSA Grant Waiver?

IHSA waived the rule. Correct decision in my book. Let's hope they settle this or it will be anarchy come week 10 with teams potentially getting a bye all the way to the quarterfinals.
Soucie has them playing CG week 1 which I am fine with if that happens, but I would hate to win by forfeit and miss out on a week of football 
Where did the ihsa come up with 3 days needed to practice? I get you have to have some kind of number but is there data they go by to say 3 days makes it that much safer?
Its settled tues night that'd be 11 days without a practice, 3 days instead of 2 days be that much of a deal?
