I like your rating system. It's similar to how high school teams are ranked in West Virginia, i.e., so many points for beating a AAA, fewer for beating a AA, and so on. Then bonus points based on your opponent's records. This system, and yours are objective. Although the objective system would certainly exclude any G5 from being ranked high.The CFP system is no more than the pretty boys getting the glory.

Agree it favors P5, but P5 is supposed to be the top level of cfb. It generally is more difficult to beat a P5 than a G5.

Open to suggestions to make it more inclusive without artificially skewing the results.

His ranking system has flaws that he won't fix.
Florida shouldn't be in front of LSU and if they are the data is flawed.


But Bucky doesn't care and that is why I say don't waste your time with him.

Already stated head to head would be a tiebreaker at seasons end so no need to loe about it. Rankings are based on an entire seasons work not one game.

Schedules need to be evened out for sure.

But to pretend Baylors schedule is different than an SEC schools is a flat out lie.

Baylor will play 9 P5 teams, a couple of G5 and an fcs by seasons end. 10 P5s if they make the CCG.

How is it any different?

Several schools like Oklahoma could go undefeated with LSUs schedule- could LSU go undefeated with OUs? Doubtful.

Numbers can be skewed just like stats.

Im sure if they were yours they would be.

Mine are not- just simple based on who you play.
