With the exception of a few places such as Oak Grove, parts of the coast, and etc., everything south of I-20 might as well be another country. South Mississippi (I'm aware that Simpson isn't that far south) is 17ing turrible.

There's a human foot in the last pic that gives a rough reference point. It may be a coyote.

Either way, it's some it's just a damn dog with a severe case of mange.
