Since I've never gone, will Fri.'s Basketball game be sold out?

Me and the family will be getting just about sick of Grandmaw's house by Friday afternoon so I was thinking of surprising everyone by jumping in the car and going to Starkpatch.

What are my chances of walking up and getting the family of 5 in the door at game time.

I'll have to watch the egg bowl before I do the road trip so I'll be getting there right at game time.

OK, ok I'm a dumbass for not knowing where the game is being played.

But IF the game were in Starkville, can you just show up and expect to get in for non-SEC contests?

since every game I have been to the biggest attendance was definitely last Saturdays game after the Arkansas football game.(It says the attendance was 9028 but the actual attendance was 6004... http://www.mstateathletic...0809/ms1122.htm) The rest of the preseason games will probably average anywhere inbetween 4000-7000 so you should be able to get tickets no problem.

You won't be able to get tickets from the ticket office unless they have some visitor tickets for sale. We've sold out the Hump with season tickets this year. So, even though actual attendence may be only 5,000 or so, you may have to get your ticket from a scalper outside.
