Since Ravern Played Very Little In The 2nd Half......................

All he wants to do is shoot the damn ball. And this goes for Sidney's lazy *** too. Basketball is a TEAM sport and if you don't play like a team and don't play with emotion and effort you will get your *** handed to you everytime. 'Bama set the tone of this game with their physical play in the first 10 minutes of the game. Ravern's feline *** can't handle physicalness and he looked frankly uninterested out there. So why play him? At least Steele hustles his *** off. Ravern is a talented shooter or should I say can be a talented shooter. But talented shooters don't make good basketball PLAYERS without the rest of the game being played.
If Sidney doesn't show more effort by the end of this season, I say let his *** go to Europe and be done with him too. The play where the 'Bama dude blew the dunk, Sidney just looked at him like "OK go ahead and dunk it so I can throw it in". NO FREAKING EFFORT ON THE DEFENSIVE END FROM HIM EVER!!!!! In my 41 yrs, I have never seen a single player for us as lazy as he is. He flopped twice after missing layups and he just freaking laid there and took his sweet time getting his lard off the floor while his man is hustling down the court to get open.
Kodi hustles, but bless his heart, he can't catch a cold cleanly and he is gonna just throw it out of bounds or to the other team at least a few times a game. I understand why Reik stumbles and fumbles like he does, but even he has better hands than Kodi does. Don't get me wrong, Kodi does show effort out there and ends the game with good stat lines, but he will have a KEY missed layup, let a rebound fumble off his fingers at a KEY moment, or well you get my drift. And Kodi's man had a career game tonite by the way.
And Dee pissed me off tonite. He got schooled by a freshman point guard who can't shoot from outside of 12 feet. He let him manhandle him on the offensive and defensive ends of the court. No way he's better than you Dee. Remember that if we get em in the SEC Tourney.
They had ONE player that can shoot the 3 and he absolutely killed us. The one at the end of the half and the one with the shot clock winding down were daggers.
Jalen Steele, I like you a lot, but please oh please quit Gary Ervin' it and try to take yo short *** in amongst the trees for layups. The only layup you should get is a fast break or back door.
We missed several wide open 3's in the 2nd half that could have made this game much more interesting, but give 'Bama credit, they made great plays and big shots and beat our *** with our point guard up to snuff and our so called big man with some game experience. I don't think THIS team can beat a team like UGA, 'Bama, or Vandy. We don't have any physical presence in the paint (well we do, he's just fat and lazy).Enough. I'm going to bed now
