Taken notice of the class Tennessee is putting together?

They have been hovering around the 1-3 ranking for a while now, and are leading for a few top players in HS and JUCO. I know its still early, but this is a little surprising, given their recent on field performances. But in recruiting it appears that they seem to be back to their old ways, if you will. I know they have history, but some circumstances dealing with them the past few years have seemed a little odd. Only reason nobody's cared, is they have sucked it up.

Other than Cam Newton, the highest dollar recruiting rumors I've ever heard of were from UT.

I don't follow recruiting, so my opinion might be irrelevant, but Tennessee is still nationally relevant to people my age and older (~30). They haven't really done much during the aware lives of current recruits, but have huge support and facilities. Its not beyond the realm of possibility that they could pull a top class fairly. Paying players occurs by rogue boosters every year but real cheating by INSTITUTIONS is wayyy overstated by message boards.

They have a couple of legacy commits and Tennessee is pretty solid this year as a state.

It will be interesting if those guys stick around. UK is pretty shocking as well.
