How about an investigation into how investment funds were stolen from the Nation's chief lending authorities by the Obama administration in attempts to shore up the collapsing financial fortunes of the ACA?

Think that might be slightly illegal? Anyone on the Left screaming for an "investigation" into this?

What about those on the right asking for the same thing? And I'm not sure why your boys didn't investigate this, lol, maybe they were too busy with the emails and Benghazi? Ya'll look like incompetent fools, you have all three branches and can't get out of the gate.

It's not about getting out of the gate, it's about putting Leftist criminals like John Koskinen, Lois Lerner, and Timothy Geithner in jail.

I guess Obama also invented a time machine while in office.

The point is that after May 12, 2016, when U.S. District Judge Rosemary Collyer ruled that HHS had to stop diverting ACA funds to pay Obamacare subsidies, the Obama administration realized that HHS somehow had to fund the estimated $130 billion the HHS would need in un‐appropriated monies to pay health insurers the ACA subsidies required to keep Obamacare alive in Fiscal Year 2013.

True ex-pat. But the previous diversions were from Medicare appropriations (illegal) since those are entitlement funds and were supposed to be off limits. So Obama and his crew saw that big pile of cash sitting in investment trusts for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae...so they went after that (also illegal).

Bottom line is the ACA was bankrupt before it even got started, and Obama needed to keep it afloat for political purposes. So they got the money any way they could, while the Left and the Media looked the other way.

Well, apparently the Republican controlled House looked the other way too since they are the "plaintiff" in the Judge's decision. This is the piece that is disturbing:
In 2012, the Obama administration unilaterally decided to change the terms of HERA by sweeping all the profits of Fannie and Freddie into the Treasury’s general fund. The Obama administration took this action, the so-called “Net Worth Sweep,” without any Congressional authority to do so.

Now we all know that every administration plays footloose with the books and the budget, but if no one realized that 4 years ago a change was made to the way these monies were accounted for there is something more wrong than using these "now general funds" to pay Obamacare subsidies. Which would have been perfectly acceptable and something I understand is customary for unfunded projects, not just Obamacare; get the money from General Funds.

Is it right; eh? But someone should have noticed the red flag when the investors sued for their right to dividends that are now not being paid.

I'm not suggesting Congress was maintaining their fiduciary responsibility in this ex-pat, so you may be correct they bear some responsibility also. But why would the Republicans be anxious to bail Obama out on the ACA's insolvency?

They're all a bunch of scoundrels who don't do what we pay them for, but the Obama administration knew what they were up to, and if anything tried to get around Congressional oversight of it. A pox on all their houses!
