"Will Redmond is a kid that was basically taken advantage of by a booster and by an assistant coach," De'Vinner said on the radio show.
De'Vinner told Yahoo!: "I'm the scapegoat for everything that's going on ... I'm telling the truth." Is this guy mentally competent? He sounds like one of these guys who sets his DVR and then watches the UT/OM game live and then watches it over and over breaking the "film" down. I bet his team's jocks are washed just like UT's. What competent football coach speaks like this?

We had a 2-3yr investigation/4-yr probation/$2M SEC fine for $1,800 infractions,

and $800 of that $1,800 was for 2 summer school classes for a recruit (and we had witnesses who said the recruit told them he paid for the classes with his own money from a summer job). And if I remember correctly, ALL of our infractions involved players who signed with Ole Miss and Southern Miss.

The SEC fine was $4 million for loss of TV money, but we got half of it back after behaving for 4 years. I think there was a bowl ban in there, too, but that wasn't necessary.

Only $1,800 in total infractions, plus a "good game" by an assistant coach walking past a recruit. $1,800 wouldn't cover the rims on C.J.'s truck. Tee Martin got $12,000 from a booster's wife and UT got no more than a frown from the NCAA. Cam got $180,000 from AU.....

Or the Gamecocks...$59k in "impermissable benefits"

and they only get 6 schollies over 3 years stripped. I'm thinking this fat **** devinner guy is more or less a fly in out ointment at this point.

Like its been said a million times before, this investigation has been going on for a while...Redmond is still on the team.

I'm more worried about Troy than I am this 7v7 coach.
