The latest article on BDJ quotes Singleton as saying:

I think me and Nick will likely wind up college teammates. But we both have to do what is best for our own futures and it’s a decision we have to make for ourselves.

I'm sure I'm reading too much into this, but I'm interpreting this as Singleton is probably coming to State, and he thinks Brassell will too, but Brassell has to see what's best for his future, i.e. staying close to home, going to OM, and being with his child.

Well, that's my take................ work is boring right now.
