Hi, I plan on getting a six pack this summer, and so far all i've done is run each day. I've looked through some workouts but I don't know which ones actualy gives results.
I looked at Insanity but I don't want to do all that cardio since I already run each day. Is there any program (I dont mind paying) that provides effective ab results? thanks for any help

I don't really have a detailed program... but my normal routine is to hit up sixpack first thing when I get to work, then again mid-morning, at lunch (along with ESPN SEC blog), a few times in the afternoon depending on how busy I am, and maybe once or twice after I get home.

At work I'm always on my computer, and at home I normally use my phone. Never tried it while I run although I do try to run 4-5 days per week. It does tend to get a little insane from September till February.

The P90x ab routine is really good. It's about 12-15 minutes but you so about 300 moves in that time period. It's tough but works. I wouldn't do it everyday though. Maybe 3-4 times a week. P90x as a whole gives great results if you eat right with it.

If your like me, and don't have much time during the work day

Then you can do like I do and spend a few minutes on the sixpack while you take a dump at the office. It's generally quiet in there with few distractions. I find that about 2 sessions a day keeps me where I like to be.

"Sweating to the Oldies" with Richard Simmons. I never tried it, but it looked intense. She could barely keep cooking supper while doing it. Hope this helps.

Well first things first kid, you gotta quit going to Applebee's 3 nights a week. I know the 2 for 20 is just too damn good to pass up but it's not an option. You HAVE to start eating at Jimmy Johns. I know you're asking yourself 'why not go to subway? it's the same thing and I have the option of not having a cold sandwich'. Kid, I don't have an answer for you, but just trust me, it's infinitely better and the GREATEST SANDWICH EVER. secondly you quit drinking those name brand light beers and start drinking craft beers that's not less than $25 a sixpack (there's that word again). Again, don't ask me why, just do it.
Keep your beer and ice mother 17in cold sandwich in your yeti and you'll be all set to becoming a real sixpacker.
