After the NBA finals. The loss of viewers/subscriptions seems to have woken ESPN up some.

Dan Libatard still has a job there? Weird.

R&K are really growing on me, those guys work well with each other and of course Wilbon and Cornhole also kick ***. M&M in the AM is also very good. ESPN is by far my favorite network.

LeBatard show today was mentioning Nebraska. Pretty hilarious conversation, and were essentially making fun of us, but we got some airtime.

I decided to cut the cord once ESPN decided to give someone a courage award for having a sex change. I had held onto cable for sports, but that award was basically the moment I realized I didn't want to keep supporting ESPN. I have nothing against Jenner, or anybody who has a sex change, I just don't consider it a heroic act, and it disappointed me that a "sports entertainment" network decided to start pushing a political agenda.

Did he immediately follow it with a political segment highlighting an injustice somewhere against a minority?

Guys lets keep the politics out of this, you racists.

When I watch sports or sports discussion, I want to watch sports and get a release. For some reason ESPN and anchors decided what they were doing wasn't important enough and have gone full Political agenda mode. I don't watch anymore because if that's what I want I can flip to Cnn or Fox News. I used to watch ESPN all the time but it seems sports are now the back story and I watch other sports channels much more unless a football game is on. It's sad, really.

ESPN is getting hit by a revenue crunch as cable TV erodes and with many content contracts in place they overpaid to get. People is the first place to cut - both on air but also all the staff too. They have been cutting for the last 2 years - these are people jumping ship to keep getting paid when ESPN low balled them during contact talks.

Read Skip is headed to FS1. Can't wait for the moment when/if he and Aikman have to share the same screen. Going to be awkward.
