Skype advertisement at the bottom of the page!!! WTF!!!

How do I turn this 17ing Skype add thing off so it will go the 17 away?

For about two or three days I had flashing adds coming at me from every direction. It even interfered with reading a thread.

Yesterday, I deleted cookies, and viewing history...then I ran a registry cleaner.

ALL GONE!

to have gone away. I am on iPad so that may have something to do with it. I'll take a screenshot next time. It didn't have an [x] button to click it away. It's a Skype add.
