or possibly all 3. Here is his lastest from Low's blog about the unseemly things going on in the SEC that were exposed this year:

He’s the first to admit that the off-the-field issues the SEC encountered this past season were disappointing.

“But I don’t think it’s a pattern. Those things happen,” Slive said. “Our institutions are dealing with them in a way that I’m satisfied, but I fully expect, and so do our presidents and ADs, that 2011 and beyond will be different.”

If anything, all of this junk will just continue to get worse as we've already even seen during this recruiting season.

Fans that care about, schools that report, and media thatask questionson possible violations seem to viewed by Slive as pests to be swatted.

I'd better not hear one 17ing word from Mississippi State about anyone cheating in 2011 and I've made that clear to them.

unlike real business you can cook the books. He can be likeBernie Ebbersand turn a blind eye to whats going on and unlike Bernie notworry about getting raped in prison. As long as the SEC is making money he has a job and good pay. Why in the hell should he care what these schools are doing. Put up a good front, look the other way and act like everything peachy. I think he is a slime ball and should be run out of town but as long as the conference is making money and handing 20 million dollars checks to the schools, he is golden. Hell as far as I know he might be under the take by some booster dropping jack into his Swiss bank account. We are going to have to start playing the game a little harder.
