of people and it's a mental health issue and there are no calls to ban cars

A crazed man shoots a similar number of people, then it's a gun issue and we need to ban guns.

I'm not for banning guns (very few are) but most people need a car to get to work, go to the store, etc. Many people want to own a gun but few (if any) need to own a gun. That was fun, eh?

One of the weakest straw men in the history of straw men.

So then it all depends on what the crazed person used to do the killing and not the mental state of the killer?

Do you enjoy having the same conversation over and over and over? WVPATX does too. It must be comforting.

Owning personal property is unconstitutional?
You can lose your right to drive a car, your driver's license can be revoked and that prevents you from driving it. Your right to own one cannot. Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness or translated back then the right to own property.

Name one politician calling to "Ban" guns. How about we regulate them like we do cars? You know, license, testing etc. The right are the kings of the faulty analogy. We can't even discuss it cause the rubes can't tell the difference between regulating and banning. And all you on the right who sooooo support the cops, do you also back their gun regulating ideas and calls for stricter background checks?

As a very ardent supporter of the 2nd Amendment, I am fine with attacking straw purchases, background checks, and shared data between agencies and states providing every state have reciprocity for CCW and all states be a Shall Issue state.

You're wrong. Every time there's a mass shooting, gun nuts trot out statistics on vehicle deaths and wonder why there are no calls to ban cars. And this despite the fact that gun deaths now outpace vehicle deaths in about 35 states, and will surpass them nationwide within 2-5 years according to the CDC. And by the way, how many mentally ill people go to a dealer to buy a car with the purpose of running down and many people as they can? There's your non straw man analogy.

Crazy people shouldn't be behind the wheel of a motor vehicle or heavy machinery or equipment or have their hands on a gun.

See how simple that is?
