But instead of Grant Hogue, he had 6'6" 285 lb. Wes Rea at 2nd. Not exactly a prime bunting situation, that one. And then to try and correct the blunder of the bunter's leading the player fielding the ball to have an easy play at 3rd, he decides to try the old double steal that has worked so well for us over the past 3 years. Just an all around boob inning for The Head Ball Coach, that had started out so promising with the first 3 reaching safely and scoring a run (usually the makings of a possible big inning).
