So are we at the point we need to pull against to 10 teams?

Don't care about the strength of who we've played up to this point.

Anytime you can cheer for a Top 10 team to lose because it will help your ranking, you're doing something right. At MSU we haven't had many Top 10 chances, so I will take them however the hell they come.

Barring us completely shitting the bed.... it really doesn't look like we'll move into the top 10 after this week. There's only 4 games that I see that will effect us and they're USCe @ Florida, aTm @ LSU, KSU @ WVU and BYU @ ND.

If WVU beats KSU, that actually puts at risk to fall a rank since it's a given that WVU will jump into the top 10 and regardless if KSU stays in the top 10 or not, they will more than likely just sit right in front of us. If USCe beats Florida, Florida will probably just stay in the top 10 too. So those two games have a decent chance of effecting us negatively.

BYU is probably the main unranked team that's playing a top 10 opponent that stands a decent chance of pulling the upset. If they beat ND, they'll assuredly fall out of the top 10, but it's a bit harder to say how far they'll fall since they have beaten 3 ranked teams. aTm beating LSU can do nothing but help us. Given the likelihood of all the cards falling in place for us to have a top 10 matchup with Alabama... it just doesn't look like it's going to happen sadly.
