So did anyone hear anything on the new logo?**

I'm calling BS too. I just can't see Mississippi State making this kind of change with a interim President. The cost of changing that logo would be huge! Oh, and it doesn't matter if you only change it a little, you can't have different logos flying around because that defeats the purpose of the logo. Go through the new Union and the new bookstore and look at how many places that logo is built into a wall or a floor or a cabinet. The M-State logo will be with us for a long time, probably well after we are all dead and a new generation of internet ******** is running this board.

If they do change the logo it won't be a small change, it will be completely different. But if they were even thinking about it I would bet they would have made the change before all that expensive signage was done for the Union.

introduce black as our 3rd color. I've seen it on hats and such that the coaches wear. Does anyone know if we ever plan to incorporate it into our uni's? or any other "official" places?

I really don't want a third color. I would prefer to keep it simple. I wish our baseball logo was on everything still.

The President of my Alumni Chapter (Central MS) knows nothing of it...I am sure if it were in the works...he would know.

During Jackie's last 2 or 3 seasons the football jerseys had a black stripe on the sleeves. That is all I have seen of black in any uniforms.

president - and she knows nothing about it either. If she doesn't know about it - must not be anything to it.
