God I hope it's not Northwestern

They are the only Big 10 team that runs a spread offense that we have no idea how to stop. Give me Michigan State all day. Their offense has been horrid all season.

Which makes me think the Gator Bowl will pick Vandy over us. They don't want the same two teams to play each other two years apart.

Tough draw. I think we would beat Michigan State or Northwestern, but I'm not so sure about Michigan.

FWIW Denard plays RB for them now.

That's why I want to play Michigan State. They have no offense to speak of. That's the only one we can stop.

If Michigan goes to the gator as it appears they will, I am worried for the first time that a repeat visit to Nashville is in order.

They pick first from the Big 10 so Michigan will be named before SEC team. Then as the Cotton, outback and Chick fil a is picked, they watch and see a repeat game will be played if MSU is picked. Vandy has a good record also and has never been to the Gator.

The only, ONLY, thing that will land us in the Gator for a rematch with Michigan is if the Gator Bowl folks are convinced that MSU will put a lot more butts in the seats and fill more hotels than Vandy. The crowd two years ago impressed the committee, but they aren't dumb, they know it will be a little less this go around.

The SEC is what has put people in the seats since the tie in came back to the SEC. For Michigan to be that big bad national power that they are, the Michigan attendance two years ago was pathetic.
