No way this gets remanded to file-not for a DUI. Had this been a public intox or something like that it would but not for this. My guess is he pleaded no contest-suspended license, fine and community service.

BTW, someone who was arrested and charged with stealing from me pleaded deferred judification. He was sentenced to pay reparations. That's my only experience with DJ. Just sayin.

can't spell deferred adjudification without AD.

i would bet that he pleaded guilty to lesser charges in exchange for dropping the DUI charge. sweep it under the rug. hopefully...</p>

Guilty to DUI, paid 500 fine.

Dropped the charges for no insurance after he provided proof of insurance the next day.

Careless Driving was Retired to File.

Am I missing something? Why are people guessing about how he plead and to what charge?

Why he would plea guilty to DUI when he never failed a breathalizer nor failed a field sobriety test.
Wouldn't he want to plea DUI refusal which is only 3 months suspended license as apposed to the year for DUI, Plus a heavier fine.
I guess he just wanted to get this all over with as soon as possible
