Now that I've canceled my cable subscription and am saving $100+ per mo., what are my chances/options for watching the MSU/OK game online?

Won't it

be on ESPN? If so, I would think you would be able to watch it on ESPN3.com...but you will have to have a cable provider. I'm not sure if HailStateTV will show it.

If your ISP is part of the espn3 thing you should be fine. If not, you can find it by other than legal means or you can go to your local watering hole.

It is going to be airing on ABC, so if you get bunny ears, you should be able to get it through your local affiliate.

I cut my cord a couple of years ago, and these next four months are the only time I miss it. If ESPN (Disney) would get with the times and offer their ESPN Networks online for like 10-15 a month I pretty happy.

I'm likely going to cut the cord too. I made a thread about this a while back and got some good responses. I can imagine it's a very liberating experience.

I actually enjoyed paying my last bill. Still have internet access, though, (Comcast) so maybe I'll get ESPN3. Are all ESPN-affiliated games shown there?

Comcast has ESPN3.

With Comcast XFINITY, you actually have access to WATCHESPN which is ESPN3 but with more content.

Think of ESPN3 as a place to watch select live sports that are on the main ESPN channels and ESPN's affiliates.

Think of WATCHESPN as a place where you can watch those live sports AND watch a live feed of ESPN channels.

Thats the easiest wat to break down the difference.

Do you not still have the "over the air" channels? We cut the cord nearly 2 years ago and still get the networks. The game is in abc right?

I checked last night, no ESPN3 access. I guess since ESPN is not part of my channel lineup (I do get some cable channels) I don't get access.
