Western Kentucky beat 5-seed Drake (VERY overseeded) on a buzzer beater and then beat 13-seed San Diego in order to reach the Sweet 16? Are you seriously suggesting he's a better coach because one weekend he happened to upset an overrated mid-major and another mid-major who only made the tournament because they won the WCC Tournament?<div>
</div><div>Horn's body of work is nowhere near that of Stansbury's, or practically any coach in the SEC...</div>

that Stands got blown out last year when we were the "hot" team heading into the NCAA Tourney by an overseeded Washington team that lost their very next game?

We can play this game all day

This would be a great chance to try and get some playing time for the younger guys like Osby and Reik. I say we should try to get Reik and Osby as much playing time as possible. Think about it, Reik, Lewis, Osby or Bailey will have to start the season off next year for at least 9 games assuming both Sidney and Augustus return.

If neither Sidney or Augustus are here next year then we will be 17ed in the post

we did that trip on what was about 36 hrs rest, after playing 4 games in 4 days, and played a virtual home game against them don't you?

And you STILL didn't address his point that you have anointed a coach as superior to Stans because he got lucky ONE weekend in his career.

Horn was on the hot seat at Western prior to that "dream" season. The guy pretty much parlayed a half court shot into a SEC job. One that he won't have much longer.
