So is the healthcare bill any good?

Here's my take on this........I say let the Republicans do what they want ("To the Victor goes the Spoils"). Whether it be with taxes, building a wall, health care......anything. And then sit back, see what happens. If it's good, then they get the credit. However, if there's no change or its worse than before, then they should OWN IT. By constantly stalling things, the Democrats can only come out of this as the "bad guys" to a lot of people.
We'll always be screwed with healthcare, as long as we have these dimwits on both sides of the aisle. I don't care who's in charge, who the President happens to be, as it just doesn't matter. These blowhards just don't get anything done.
IMHO, The only way to get healthcare for everybody would be to go to a single payer plan, The only way a single payer plan would work is to keep management of that plan out of the hands of the government bureaucracy.
Like I said, it really doesn't matter anymore. Trump said something to that affect last night during his speech. People on one side are going to vote against anything, even if it were free blow jobs for life from victoria secret models. Even now, you have many secular groups within each party that whine and cry, and can't even get along with members of their own delegation. It's going to be like this today, tomorrow, next week, next month, next year, all the way until we're all fvcked, and living like people in some 3rd world country.

Bill sucks, the process sucks, the rhetoric from the Senate leaders suck, the President continues to lie about everything whenever he opens his mouth, the WH press briefings have lost any shred of creditabilty but hey, Trump is still having stupid campaign rallies in Iowa so idiot republicans think all is well.
So, IF my premium goes up next year, or I get less coverage, or I get a higher deductible, who do I blame? [winking] My bet.....Obama or Democrats.....[laughing]
That would be true, IF it were true.....but my premium never did go up.......go figure.....[eyeroll]
I've been away, did a Heathcare Bill pass today? I thought the senate draft was introduced today. Congress hasn't had time to read it. I can't wait to get caught up. Cutting Medicaid smells like Art of the Deal type stuff. Maybe Trump will cede to the Democrats and the Bill will get passed. Schumer will puff up and may or may not know he was worked. The Bill will suck, imo. Hopefully it will be flexible and can be changed on the fly. Alas, politicians are prideful and not quick to admit they were wrong about something, so they throw more wood (money) on the fire. Nothing wrong with trying and getting something wrong, but it's just sensible to try something else if Plan A didn't work. NOPE, gotta fight fight fight. Oh well, at least we'll get Tax Reform.
edit: I saw where the Dims read it in about 20 minutes. Hahahaha
We're still screwed. Senate version is worse than the House. Oh, and they mandate to prop up the insurance companies for 3 more years. You know, that clause that Rubio got out of the law 4 years ago.
