Yup. Not much compromise in the future from this crowd. This line from the article sums it up well....

I heard former Republican senator Jack Danforth saying the same thing yesterday. Talking about the question asked to the GOP candidates if they would accept a 90%-10% compromise (in their favor)with the Dems and none would. The GOP is now a joke. They won't win another Presidential race with this philosophy. Unfortunately because of the gerrymandering of districts, the kooks will continue to be elected-for a while. But the majority of Americans are reasonable people who aren't religious zealots who think their way is the only way like the apparent majority of today's GOP. As I've said for several years, they would rather destroy the country (economy) than give an inch. Babies.
