is a bishop for 5 different churches, owns a contracting business and....as was reported here on the pack months ago....also owns a trucking company??? Either this guy never, ever sleeps and is a freak of nature or there is some serious "shelter" potential here.

To me, the more pressing discrepancy....If Cecil is a contractor, why did he have to hire another contractor to get the work done on one of his churches? This goes way past any coincidence.

I have not thought of this one. Large construction companies all the time have their token minority contractors they use for bidding purposes. There are many bids that are to be awarded only to certain categories. The minority contractor only puts his stamp on the final bid and gets his cut but does nothing. What a great way to funnel money.

I can tell you that there are hundreds of fly by night preachers, preists, priestesses, high holy ones, Sisters of the word, yada yada yada on nearly every street corner. They all drive Cadillacs and rent some little two bit space or a p.o. box. I can't speak to the Newton's but most are shady tax shelters.

you are dead-on with the minority participation ... I've had to do it before ... you end up paying them for their name then ask them to please stay off the job and keep quiet (but of course I did it the legal way .....probably the best (and legal) way to get around something like this
