i've paid for this for 3 years too. the more i update my computer, the less it works. hasn't worked at all for the last 2 months. i try running it in 3 different browsers. firefox tells me i need to update wmp but i have the most recent version. chrome doesn't work at all. ie buffers but doesn't show any picture.

i think my ie issue has more to do with the horrible internet provider in oxford. firefox keeps telling me to update wmp

You really need it since firefox crashes on many sites that IE doesn't.

I personally prefer Safari myself. I have yet to have one problem with any site with Safari.
