David Turner say starting D-line is:

DE: McPhee
DT: Love
DT: Burns
DE: Cooper

Who are the backup DT's? 2 true freshmen in Boyd and Cox.

we need McPhee coming off the end. We just need Love and Burns to hold their ground. Don't have to be great.

And I can't believe Lamarcus Williams is battling to be the 5th tackle. What a disappointment.

I cursed Orgeron for losing Williams to you guys, but like many of his idiotic moves, it was a blessing.

McPhee may move back to the inside after this game. The SEC is still a run first league. You guys were next to last at stopping the run and fourth in pass defense last year.

I realize a little pressure off the edge may help your thin secondary, but I'd think stopping the run should be your first priority.

Williams lost around 20-25 pounds between his fr and soph year. Went from low 290's to 268. Never understood that.

Unless they went through the buffet line in alphabetical order.....Williams....Crooms, etc. etc. That would explain it.

if you take out the 438 yards given up to GT and just use the remaining 11 games, we gave up 124 yds/game as opposed to 151. That would be middle of the pack (understandably everyone else's would improve too if you dropped their worst game, but I can't imagine anyone would gain near an average of 26 yds like us)

And can anyone find the stats on the new SEC website? It appears the new site has very little information on it.
