so now, not only can you see from the stands defensive players giving up on plays (I don't give a **** if 24 ever plays another down. I've watched him half-*** it too many times already), but little old ladies can see that we don't play with any type of sustained intensity.

Basically we've been walking around feeling sorry for ourselves since about 7 minutes into the Bama game. And we 17ing dozed through large parts of our first 7 games. So what makes me think we have the mental toughness/intensity to win another game? Or to play hard for an entire game?

Right now, nothing. What the 17 happened to relentless effort? That was Sly Croom-quality ********.

We were waving at the ball carrier Saturday as he blew by. We made those

tackles against Tennessee. I just don't understand why this team would play like this after only one loss. Did we psyche ourselves up thinking we were going to compete for the BCS championship, and now that we our out of it just quit on the rest of the season? There is still a lot to play for.
