You really have to wonder what some of the SEC and national writers have on their minds from year to year. Last year, John Brantley was on preseason HEISMAN lists and almost single handedly led them to a disastrous loss to start the season last year. <div>
</div><div>Now, Tyler Wilson is getting similar treatment this year based off 3 quarters of one game against an Auburn pass defense that was pretty terrible last season.</div>
This ain't 2001 when we were picked to... well, you remember that. Sure we're getting a #20 ranking from the polls, but they aren't saying that any one player of ours is outstanding and we're picked to finish 4th in the SECW at best (though the SECW is much better than it was in 2001).
