One thing we know about him, he coaches D pretty well. And I would take him over Dooley. But it would be a downer for sure. :(

Don't get me wrong, I feel like Ellis is a good coach but if we didn't legitimately go after Tubberville, a defensive minded coach, because he is not the offensive mind that we want, then we better not be targeting Johnson. I also think that this is just the case of Neinas getting an overall gauge of the interest in the job.

Would you want your fan base to know you're potentially talking to the guy whose departure was ROUNDLY blamed on his wife being unhappy in Starkville? The guy who took a job with Petrino one week and by the next week had reneged in order to take Spurrier's offer?
