My opinion
Diaz was the creative blitz guy and Chris was the creative zone guy. Worked very well together- but they need each other. I think Diaz is the better of the two in my opinion, which was why he was the front man at the time.

Not a bad theory. Diaz was a media darling too. But I like yours to boot. One thing I do know. They score and our fan base will go into meltdown.
Diaz's blitz schemes worked because of our LB corps.
Wilson looked great last year because of Cox.
This year, Wilson hasn't figured out how to hide our defencies... which is disheartening, because the season is almost over.

Agree..which is fun to think about Beniquez and Richie Brown redshirting. We should have some serious inebacker depth. We need D lineman though.

...this new guy doesn't blitz. He forces his LB's into one-on-one coverage against WR's. You see how that has worked out.
