This is either going to pay off for us bigtime in the long run or eventually blow up in our face in a monumental way. I'll enjoy it as long as I can either way...

They put that in OXFORD!! They might as well have just put a pic of Dan and the other coaches giving Mrs. Freeze (if he is married idk) a bukaki cocktail.

Pretty slick move by our guys - right before official visits really kick off. Hopefully it's in a location that a large % of recruits will see on their official to OM. Damn clever.</p>

all over the country including Times Square. Anyone remember when oregon did that (i imagine phil knight did it)? They got tons of media attention for doing it. And that was back in the day just before they started making their big push toward relevance. I'm loving what is going on in Vegas.

We should rent one and just play a continual loop of the last 3 Egg Bowl highlights. I used to think this was all kind of silly but now I find it hilarious because Ole Miss people just cannot handle it. I mean how much time have they spent worrying about Mullen saying 'Championship'. He is all up in their head and living rent free.<div>
</div><div>I know eventually they will win an Egg Bowl, and they will want to let everyone know about how 17'n awesome they are and great a win it was and how they put us back in 'our place'. I figure it'll be like recruiting season for 12 months.</div>

I watched some of the Music City Bowl on ESPN3 and during EVERY commercial break they played an Ole Miss promotional spot BEFORE they played the MSU or the Wake Forest promo spot. At first, I thought it was a mistake or there was some colonel cub insider at ESPN3 pulling a practical joke. I thought, "OK, that was kinda funny." Then they played it again, and again, and again... If it had only happened once I would think it was a mistake; but, as many times as they played it there is no way it was unintentional.I wonder if they had to pay for that? So, I guess the colonel cubbies are starting to get creative.

Never. Was I drunk? I saw Ole Miss then Wake. I assumed ESPN ignorance (again). I even emailed a complaint.

OM buying that ad that's ESPN putting the wrong spot in the commercial break. They have done this before to us. I remember because I also emailed them. Those 17ers do that on purpose. I am convinced of this now that you said it happened again. Gawd I 17ing hate ESPN.

I watched the Music City Bowl on ESPN (DirecTV) and never saw a Ole Miss commercial. Whatever you saw must have been a local broadcast.

I could be wrong, but I don't think ESPN3 allows for local broadcasting because it's their internet streaming broadcast.I didn't see any UM promo spots when I was watching the game on ESPN.
