of Lee playing as well as he could and being a heady player- in practice- that allowed him to play fairly well the first half of the season...other than some critical turnovers, he didnt play that bad...but once his confidence started to go, that was it. He was awful the last few games
Relf, it appears, just needed some coaching and somebody to kick him in the *** to get straight. The guy has been nothing but a good player for us since coming off his suspension. I have to admit to being wrong about him, altho he is still no Rhodes scholar. He is doing what we need in this offense on the ground and hopefully he will hit the port-o-lets less often and become a competent passing threat.
I think he is going to get at least 2/3 of the snaps at QB, especially early in the season. But there is no doubt both will play. And Russell needs to play some for the experience if nothing else. I'm curious to see how he does vs the 1st D in the next scrimmage.
