He still was not cleared as of the middle of last week. Is he going to make to practice tomorrow? What is the hold up if everone is claiming he has qualified ?
supposedly everything is good to go and just waiting on the Clearinghouse to make it official. He will be able to practice without being cleared for the first two weeks.
