I think it;s Dak, but pretty close overall
I think anyone who doesn't see that Dak should be the full time guy is just lying to themselves. I have nothing against Russell, but he just doesn't fit in with what Mullen is trying to do offensively.

On one hand, I almost feel Mullen plays Tyler simply out of loyalty. On other hand, there are just some things that Tyler can do with the football that Dak has not show he can yet, like the corner end zone pass to Tubby last week.

I'm fine with playing both. I think it's pretty clear that Dak is going to get about 2/3 - 3/4 of the snaps from here on out with Tyler getting the rest. I do think he can be a little smarter about which one he uses when than he was in the LSU game though.
