would they be considered the favorite in C3 "West?" I know there are a lot of perennial contenders that will challenge for the right to play in the Title game. Who in the West will challenge in your opinion?

I would definitely say my favorite is LCA.
After that LB, Heritage, Northside, and maybe Magna Vista.

It's not preposterous to assume that LCA will be the favorite but I also wouldn't be surprised if LB or HHS won the region either.
