Countless SPS posters lost their minds over a list that showed age ranges for people with Social Security numbers.
Multiple confident claims were made despite not actually knowing what it showed.
A long time employee that nobody had ever heard of before this week was confidently accused of everything from knowingly supporting fraudulent benefit payments to quitting because she is too lazy to get out of her bed and go to work.

Given that, I can’t even imagine the number of hot takes, confidently ignorant accusations, and misunderstood verifications that will take place if the Epstein files are released.
Glfr,
Epstein will reveal, "Glfr, I am your father!"

Just catching up on 'news' that I missed over the last few days and saw the Epstein file release was a big WHOMP WHOMP.
https://www.foxnews.com/politics/co...tein-document-rollout-complete-disappointment

Apparently a handful of hard right social media influencers paraded binders around that were the first phase of files(why not release everything?), and what was in the binders was info thats been known, and sometimes its been known for years. Additionally, many parts of what was released is redacted.
And in a classic BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! move, AG Pam Bondi said the FBI/SDNY has refused to release everything, and what the Dept of Justice gave Bondi is less than 10% of 'the pages'.

Bondi demanded everything be turned over by Friday afternoon. Presently, its Monday afternoon.

And to really cap off the clownshow of this entire failure, the GOP House Judiciary Committee, which is controlled by Jim Jordan, Rickrolled people on Twitter when they sent a tweet with a link saying its 'EpsteinFilesV2' that linked to an Astley vid.

So Bondi didnt deliver and was left looking foolish. Patel apparently hasnt yet gotten his own Dept to release 90% of the 'files'. And the GOP House Judiciary Committee decided to Rickroll prank people about a report that would shed light on child sex trafficking.

Is this everything?
Is there more and its actually being suppressed by 'powerful people'?
Will the truth ever be known?
Will people ever fully accept whatever is released as the truth, or will it always not be enough?

Wild ride.

That guy dated Claudia Schiffer when I was a teen. I remember thinking about how odd it was for a model to date a magician. I mean, come on.

No offense intended to SPS' own magician, but yeah thats gonna be insulting to read.

Ackshully, it was common in Victorian England to take young wives, especially in Blunderstone.***

Don't be surprised if it's underwhelming. He liked hanging out with rich, famous people and liked to name drop. Conspiracies sound so much more interesting, though.

I certainly don’t think you are guilty simply bc you associated with Epstein or diddy.

i don’t think you are guilty if you went to Epstein island.

if you went to Epstein island a multitude of times? You are probably guilty but I’ll let due process play out. But at a minimum you should be questioned under oath and investigated to some degree.
I dont think you would be getting many answers to those questions.

Yeah, it's taking this administration too long to sift through all the muck. I wish they would hurry up and release it all, and in the meantime stop giving timelines they can't meet. The announcements that "ITS COMING" definitely made it worse. But I'm certain that none of us know what all they had to go through to (a) protect the victims from having their IDs released, and (b) get clearance to release names, given how rich/influential/powerful some of those on the list certainly are.

On the other hand, I guess they could have taken the easy do-nothing route and just swept it all under the rug to pretend none of it happened. They could have not even attempted to catch and name any of the pedos and child traffickers that everyone knows were involved in this complete cuntshittery. But that's already been tried for the last few years. I for one am glad this administration is at least trying to do something.

My guess is that a restraining order will drop before they get to the last names starting with "T".

If so, that is news to me.

I dont know who they are attempting to catch that wasnt already caught, or who they are attempting to catch that wasnt already known/named.

Releasing documents wont help the Trump Administration catch anyone...they already have the list and dont need to release the list to catch people.

That’s a bold prediction, but we’ll see. If I was in his shoes and found out I was on there, I think I’d just want to disappear.

Everybody is talking about Epstein but JFK was also mentioned by Cooter. No matter what you may think of Roger Stone, everybody should watch this and watch it all the way to the end. He makes a damn good case that LBJ was behind the murder of JFK. It happened before my time but I remember that both of my parents always thought LBJ was behind it and as I grew older and started putting 2 and 2 together, I agreed with them. He brings up a couple of things that I had already heard like JFK realizing that Vietnam was un-winnable without starting WWIII so he was going to pull out and about Lady Bird's investments in Brown and Root.

The mob did it. The CIA/military/gub'mint would have f'ed it, plus a thousand folks would have talked by now. Not saying LBJ, Hoover and others didn't know about it or sign off on it, but the mob planned and carried it out.

Had Hillary been around in those days, she could have probably pulled it off though.

I mean, it's the Trump administration that's releasing them so he certainly feels he's got nothing to hide.
In the end, Trump may have something to do with it, but I would be more interested in the people who have the most money and the most to lose, which counts for most people in Washington and Hollywood. I know there's a big wives' tale about Epstein Island, but usually, where there's smoke, there is fire.

I bet Infrastructure Week is the holdup and then they get it fully released. And then we should get the healthcare plan soon after that. *****************

I read his book, and it is very convincing. I was trying to navigate the 1st grade when it happened so didn't know much of anything. My Dad hated LBJ and also thought he was behind it.

I suggest the book "Dr. Mary's Monkey" if you like books about this phase of history.

I notice there was no comment on Joe Biden (and company) completely ignoring anything regarding Epstein Island for years, but instead you turned it back to "Look how Trump is messing this up"...

I'll be honest, I'm just not all into the details on everything Epstein - what would you have had the Biden administration do? The current administration either has nothing new or is not releasing it, and if they have info of perpetrators they are not acting on it. I'm not sure how this is gaslighting other than the current administrations fluffery?

No matter who is in power they are not going to release anything. Both parties had connections to Epstein. Clinton and Trump both are likely very guilty.

I'll just point out the irony of asking "what could the Biden administration have done?" while other members of your party complain that it's taking Trump too long (2 months so far) to "do something" (e.g., release the list, arrest the perverts, etc.)

If you don't see how GLFRs response was gaslighting... eh, I don't have time.

Are elected Democrats complaining about it taking too long? If so that did slide past me & is nonsense. Again, if there is actionable info of the rape of minors or other such crimes there shouldn't be any foot-dragging at any time.

Correct me if I’m wrong but it’s my understanding is that the Epstein List is just the flight logs from Epsteins plane traveling to the island. Are we to assume everyone who flew in the plane is a sex deviant? What about the people who took there own jet rather than ride on Epsteins?
