I'm going to file this one under I'll Believe It When I See It until there's an official announcement. It just seems too damn good to be true that we have swapped Croom for Petersen in a week's time.
here we are 4+ hours into a white hot, runaway rumor (more blistering hot than the Tubby rumor) and not one text message to Veazey or 2HD or Swan or DS (nyuck) telling them to squash it.
This is what makes jortfag's mouth-breathing demand for calm seem even more clueless.
The people that would want overblown, erroneous, potentially damaging rumors to get smashed down have done NOTHING to stop it.

that Petersen turned down our offer (which was made today). Byrne is possibly making going to up the offer to attempt to sway him one more time.
