That was vintage Spurs. Play decently enough for most of the first half. Then let in two soft goals. Game over.

I was trying to draw you out. Yeah, that 2nd goal was ridiculous. Spurs were just standing around watching Fabregas dribble through the defense. Actually, I think both teams should still challenge. Arsenal have their best team in several years this year.

This Tottenham fan agrees with Uncle Leo. It sucks that we didn't have Modric, Lennon and Defoe.

...And it sucks that we DID have Ledley King.

They're incredibly frustrating.

Dumb fouls in the final third.... Careless give-aways in midfield.... Defense switching off.... They seem clueless on set plays half the time.... And don't get me started on Gomes. Sure, he makes the occasional incredible save, but he makes some incredibly dumb decisions more times than not. Out of position, punching the ball out to the top of the 18 when he could easily catch it, etc. I can't imagine he gives his defense much confidence back there.

Not having Defoe or Lennon really hurt today. Not to mention missing Modric for this long. He was really the catalyst early in the season.

To me, he's incredibly over-rated.

But he's been injured for as long as I've followed.</p>

That sums up King in a nutshell.

When you search his name on Google and "Ledley King knee" is the first thing that shows in the auto-complete bar, that says a lot.
