watched the match earlier, friedel was sent off at 4-0 and the subsequent penalty (and debut) made it 5-0.
liverpool coming on strong, wouldn't want to face them right now. then again, time is running out, united still have a point on liverpool with a game in hand. and let's not forget united's next league match is villa ... who haven't won in what, 8 matches now?
and arsenal! what has long bene touted as our worst season in many years, yet we're back into 4th in the league, champs league quarters (with a certainly generous draw), and fa cup semis. unbeated in the league since november, only "loss" at all is the second leg against roma. and it finally looks like we're scoring again. 10 league goals in the last 3 matches.
