And what was the call on Dempsey's header? I didn't get a chance to hear an explanation on that one.

should have finished it anyway. It was literally a two foot finish with a wide open net. He makes that 9 out of 10 times.

Tough day for him all around. Got robbed of a goal and was on the receiving end of several hard fouls. Findley missed two shots that should have been easy goals. He made 2 or 3 great plays in a row to set himself up and then blew the easy goal in the 1st half. Overall a good performance. </p>

Is that the linesman was calling Findley offsides... and I think it was a good call. When the ball pops back out towards Dempsey, it puts Findley in an offsides position. Since he popped up and tried to play the ball (even though Dempsey got there first), it can be interpreted that he interfered with the goalkeeper. Had he stayed on the back post where he was, he might not have gotten called for being offsides since he would have been out of the play.

At the very least, that's my guess as to what transpired.
