One game he plays brilliantly. Setting up teammates, creating chances off the dribble, good chances at goal... And then you have nights like last night where he uses one touch too many or goes for the "ooooohhhhh" moment instead of taking the opening the defense has given him. I understand that players have off-nights, but it just seems like too often Dempsey can't finish. Although, for the most part he does a great job of creating chances.
In other news, Altidore's goal last night was a thing of beauty.
