I like the strikers the Gunners have signed. I just don't know which one is going to be the man. And Van Persie's not going to get that many goals this season especially with him playing with Rooney.

I know RVP is an elite players, but the above 3 will all get some competitive minutes for sure. I believe Gunners are a top 3 side this year, and there are few moves left to be made both coming in and going out, but there's a clear tier one in the EPL, and if your name isn't Arsenal or Manchester ______, you're not in it.

Heck Chicharito had a tough time playing last year. Welbeck really came on strong. The goal he had in Euro 12 was nasty.

Looking forward to it. I did fantasy World Cup and Euro 12 but this is my first fantasy premier league.

Man U will score a ton of goals, but you don't put 2 of the top 3 scorers in the league on the same team and expect them to replicate their success. One of them may end up being worth their value, but not both of them. And you can't say which one would retain their value, if either of them do. A lot of goal scorers on that team.

I'm a big Arsenal fan so this sounds like sour grapes, but no lie, I was conflicted about them even trying to re-sign him. He's 29 and had tons of injuries before last year - and they were going to be forced to pay him crazy money to stay. I think he could have a great year this year, but injuries could start to catch up with him soon enough. I was much more upset about Fabregas leaving last year (even though I knew it was inevitable). I really hope they don't lose Song though - guy is a work horse and really coming into his own now.<div>
</div><div>Now, I would be elated if Wenger went after Clint Dempsey, but doubt it will happen due to his age. But I really think he could thrive at Arsenal playing in midfield or withdrawn striker role (much like Eduardo did before his injury). Watching Dempsey last year, I realized how great he is at getting the "trash" goals and/or sneaking into a space when the other striker(s) had the ball and were drawing defenders.</div><div>
</div><div>See ya RVP. It was great. Don't be a dick like Nasri now that you're making big money somewhere else...</div><div>

I hate to see him go because he is obviously one of the best strikers in the world but last year was the first time in something like eight years that he wasn't injured. So I'm not really all that devastated.

I think the additions of Cazorla, Giroud and Podolski are going to really help the team and there is still a chance we bring in M'Vila, who I think is a fantastic player.

Losing, RVP is tough but it is not remotely the end of the world and I think we may be OK this year. Would be awesome if we won the league or FA Cup without him.

Funny, I really thought @Persie_Official was different. But he turned out to be just another mercenary, heartless, selfish little s**t._________________________________________________
<blockquote class="q1"><font class="PostItalic">quote:</font>

What a sickening betrayal of Wenger too - the man who stood so loyally behind @Persie_Official through years of injury. #VanPursestrings_________________________________________________
<blockquote class="q1"><font class="PostItalic">quote:</font>

Good news, Cashley @TheRealAC3 - we've finally found someone even more money-grabbing than you. @Persie_Official_________________________________________________
<blockquote class="q1"><font class="PostItalic">quote:</font>

The debt swirling through both Manchester clubs is absurd and needs to be stopped.<div>
</div><div>That said if healthy both Rooney and Very Persie will retain their value. Class is class and their production will transcend number of goals scored. Hate if for Arsenal. He was a real difference maker last year in what could have been a devastating season. Hate it also as a Liverpool fan to see United picking him up.</div>
