Saying that we've made a mistake and that this is the beginning of a downward spiral. Do they not get it? Did they not watch the game yesterday? Have they not watched over the last 5 years?

What the hell? If anything, I have hope for the future. Maybe we'll fail miserably again, but dammit let's be optimistic about the possibilities. We are Mississippi State University, and we have a history of pulling Charlie Foxtrots out of our *** at every turn, but the future is looking bright with the leadership of Keenum and Byrne.

We should not take a back seat to anyone. There are too many good people who care too much about this university and what it stands for to settle for mediocrity.</p>

"smootness" says MSU will be mired in mediocrity as a result of Croom's departure. Hell, mediocrity would be a giant improvement from where we are now. Smootness needs to check the stats and realize our offense has been 100+ for five years...how the hell is that mediocre?
