need to go to bed and wake back up in the real world tomorrow and understand this is how we do it at MSU. It is what it is, we're 1-2 just like last year. Its not like we can't overcome it. Support your team for next week and beyond....and be glad we got all saturday to watch other big games at least. Good night.

the highs and lows are my favorite part of sixpack. I am just as guilty as the next guy but how we go from super high to the world ending low is amazing.

Most of it is in good fun. I'd almost call it trolling except it genuinely reflects frustration. The comments would have persisted all week back in the Crooms error.

We gave up. We mailed it in. No one on the coaching staff, the bench, or any player on the field ever motioned for a timeout there at the end. That's crap, and that's unacceptable. You never stop. We still had time to try and score. We had 1:20 left and we just said to hell with it.

We shouldn't have won, and anyone who expected us to win isn't very realistic. But to just say 17 it at the end and walk off like that, that doesn't jive with me. Poor example set by the staff tonight in my opinion.

Were we tired? Yes. Did our players want to get off the field and into the locker room? Hellz yes. Did the coaches want to not risk another player getting injured? Yes. Was the clock reading 0:00? No. It was pretty damn unlikely, but we could have still gotten 2 TDs when we got the ball back with over a minute left. One thing I admire about watching Auburn is that if there is time on the clock they play their 17in hearts out. It really was like a Crooms flashback out there. I don't think I had seen that from a Dan Mullen coached team, but I have now.

We gave up in the 4th. Im 17in pissed about that. This is a very bad sign for us. We have very little momentum going into the rest of the season. This thing can easily fall apart. Dan played so 17inconservative in this game. Our offense is worst than last year due to the OL injuries. I've seen several bad coaching decisions over the last two games that are deeply troubling. Not only were we out played but out coached by Auburn and LSU.

I simply don't understand not calling a time out. We were down 13. You have to at least try. Score, onside kick, and take a damn shot. It is baffling really. Dan giving up wasn't what I ever expected with the way he talks such a big game.

He was managing the fark out of that clock at the end of the game. He probably would have rung the neck of any player who even thought about calling time out.

We were out coached on O. I know their defense is good but move the 17in pocket. What happen to a shuffle pass or a draw? I didn't see any adjustments in the 2nd half on the O. None...nada...zip.

a few times, it got stuffed just like everything else. We were running a makeshift offensive line against the best defense in the country. They had more than enough speed to make up for any thing that started out good. WE didn't lose this game (you can make that arguement for last week) we just got beat by a better team. Everything that was bad last week was WAY better. The offense just got stuffed by a much better team.

Waiting for the big play to happen from nowhere by playing mass conservative football. It didn't happen cause that's not our style all year except this and the Bama game we don't practice and play all 10 other teams that way. Does he want a Virginia Tech style team that wins with defense, turnovers and special teams? If yes then play all 12 games that way and practice that all year long. Just cause LSU is great doesn't mean we should get super conservative. This way hasn't worked (0-9) against all other west teams not named Ole Miss. Try being crazy aggressive once. Let's see what happens. If we lose so what!! At least you tried something they weren't expecting. This is and was the number 1 thing I HATED about Croom!! He always played not to lose against the big boys. When you play not to lose you always just end up losing. You HAVE to play to WIN!

But damn if your pride is gonna get in the way of me trying to win a ball game. If Mullen told the team to sit on it and not call a timeout, I hope we find out about it. That just isn't acceptable at any level, at any age, at any point in the game.

If Mullen is molding men, not just footballplayers like he says he is, what the hell kind of message is it to say I quit, we give up because things didn't go well. That's garbage, and no punishment for disobeying coaches orderswould ever be enough to make me think I did the wrong thing for trying to give guys hope they can still win.

Upset we lost, but embarrased we gave up on national tvand at home in front of recruits, other teams, players parents, and whoever else was watching. Anyone whoknowseven a little about footballcould see we gave up. My wife, who knows next to nothing about football, evenasked why we weren't calling a timout.

when you have been losing to them for 12 years in a row dumbass. Slow conservative ain't working against LSU. Time to try a new strategy.
