Rev. Al Sharpton told attendees at a Center for American Progress Action Fund event Thursday he would flee the country if Donald Trump won the election. I hope we get our tax money before the ******* leaves.

Ok **** it. I'm now full on team Trump. If his election means we are done with Sharpton, it's a small price to pay. His absence alone would be a huge step towards making America great again!

I don't trust anything a right winger post without a source so not talking about Sharpton. But I despise anyone that says they will flee the country if a certain politician wins in a democratic process. That is what the country is about.

No. And even if it were, how would that make me a hypocrite?

Yes, it was you. You're a hypocrite and a liar. You talked about starting up a charter fishing and cruise business. So, yes it is hypocritical for you to criticize someone else for saying they are going to leave the country and turn around and threaten it yourself. Typical right winger. Hypocrite and liar.

Show me where I criticized him for saying he would leave first of all. Secondly, I'm certain it wasn't in response to Bernie being elected. Thirdly, I'm going to do it regardless of who is elected, it's just a matter of when, actually i know exactly when. It will be on the day my 2nd child leaves for school.

Huh? Are you battling dave on who can be dumber? Keep trying but he has you by a landslide but we do see your effort.

Just curious, how is making a statement that I despise anyone saying they would flee the country as being an example of hypocrisy? That isn't even logical.

Oh btw, you did say you would go to Costa Rica along with White Tail a few weeks ago. Not surprising a low character person like you will now deny it with a lie. You do it all the time.

Who is lying here? He never denied that he wants to go to Costa Rica. You are the one intentionally twisting what he said to fit your narrative. God is watching you Bru. Stop disappointing your creator.

Actually I said I'm undecided on Costa Rica and the Virgin Islands, and it's called retirement you imbecile.

The hypocrisy was you stating you require links from right wing nuts. The insinuation being that you don't require it for left wing morons and if you did, you would just say you require links from anyone. Since you you worded it the way you did, it makes you a hypocrite as you will accept stories on face value from the party you most closely align and require proof from the other side. With that said, it's not only hypocrisy but stereotypical for the left the party of Facebook news.

Expected from a liar.

Here are some facts since you are immune to it. White Tail said he would escape to Costa Rica and you said you would think of following him. I'm sure all of it was said in jest but it was in context of the election of a president.

Another fact, I don't comment on all subjects. People that do like yourself have a too high opinion of their own opinion. It is a personality flaw and that isn't the only one you exhibit. Whenever someone comes on here saying "such and such said this" and provides no source, I respond the same. That is either ignoring it altogether or ask for a link. And I have asked for the source many times from those on the left. Fact is, most of the time I simply ignore those comments.

Actually it I who brought up CR. Distort it just enough to fit you narrative Bru. And again, we were talking about retirement or rather speeding it up if it came down to choosing between Trump and Hillary.

Wow! You and Cunty are morons.

Add Raven Simon of The View to that list. To further prove what a moron she is, she said if a Republican is "nominated".

Here is the quote:
"If Donald Trump is the nominee, I'm open to support anyone [else], while I'm also reserving my ticket to get out of here if he wins, only because he'd probably have me deported anyway," Sharpton told attendees, who responded in laughter.

Actually that was me that said that. DD countered that his retirement plan was a restaurant in Costa Rica and that he had been working on a good menu for that venture. However, I don't recall him saying that he was going to leave if anybody was elected, it was just a response to my retirement plan.

And my response wasn't about Bernie, it was about Trump as well, I think. Or it might have been if our only choices came down to Trump and Clinton. I'm pretty sure I've made both statements at one point or another.

I somewhat agree with many of your positions, but in this case you are hurling insults and making accusations against the wrong person.

I said Belize, and it wasn't fishing, it was sailboat charters and rental.
DD said that his retirement plan was Costa Rica, but I'm pretty sure his move wasn't dependent on who was elected ... that part was me.

This is an interesting discussion to sit back and observe for a change. They have forgotten their mirror again. That indy who votes for the correct side as defined by him is really hard to distinguish from the true leftist. All his comments that he throws out so eloquently certainly describe him in real life, but he continues to argue against the box he attempts to insert the good folks in.

The other one is just plain ***** stupid and without a clue.

Thanks White Tail for responding. Takes a high character person to admit things and I tip my hat to you.

As I stated before, I understood the conversation to be done in jest between you and dvldog. I didn't read it that closely as I don't really care about the topic. Fact remains that you made the statement of fleeing the country and he responded in kind and that is what the other poster was alluding to and left an impression and perception among others outside the conversation. Personally, I couldn't care less if you both moved there and continued your bromance. The fact remains that dvldog continues to deny anything that is thrown his way and hurls his own insults. I typically respond in kind to these type of individuals as they don't deserve any respect.

You keep using these words, like fact, liar, hypocrisy etc. I honestly and truly don't think you know what they mean.

You've already proven you don't understand what the terms sexism and racism mean.

What am I denying? I mean other than another two headed assault by the moron twins lobbing distorted accusations. This whole thread was nothing but fail on your and Cunty's part. Further, when I'm wrong, I'll acknowledge it.

The hilarious part and again I'll apply a term correctly for the benefit of you and Cunty. The hilarious part of this exchange is you accuse me of denying something and calling me out for never accepting when I'm wrong yet, you were proven multiple times to be wrong and have yet to acknowledge your being wrong.

There Cunty, another example of hypocrisy, coincidentally, by the same person as my previous example. They call that a trend.

This is between you guys, but the genesis of the back and forth in this particular thread is a statement that was wrongly attributed to DD.

I don't care who it is (there is no "bromance"), I'm not going to sit around and have somebody get abused for something when it was me who did/said it. As much as I can't stand Neil, I would even do the same if it was being done to him. DD can certainly take care of himself and doesn't need me defending him, but what's right is right. This isn't about defending anybody, but rather not being able to sit back and watch something happen to somebody else based on my actions. (I mentioned principles the other day, that is a big one of mine, taking responsibility for what I've done and said)

Yes, it was all said in jest. To be attacking either one of us over that now is a bit ridiculous.

I said "everybody come visit me, blah blah" and DD responded with "I'm so there" and then went on to talk about his plans in Costa Rica. If he cares to expand on what he meant or doesn't, it doesn't really matter. I took his statement to mean that he would come to Belize and take a sailboat charter, not that he would follow and leave the country if Trump was elected. Your interpretation is obviously different.

There are people on this board that have just developed feuds. I have my own with Neil. From the outside, I really don't understand this one. You're usually quite reasonable, and so is CountryRoads, and so is DD and so are most of the people on the board if they are approached respectfully.

Here is another fact. I didn't mention or attack anyone with my post. DD decided to call me post hypocrisy. He had no need to even opein his piehole. I wasn't speaking to him or anything. But I will respond to aholes that speak foolishness and I did. If he had the character just to move on, all this crap would not happen. But does he take responsibility for putting this thread in the sewer? Of course not. That takes a man. He is scum.

Another favorite tactic, while getting *** kicked, he suggests to move on. Good suggestion, why not take your own advice and move on? But then you wouldn't get the last word, and you always have a need to pound into submission and offer that last word of explaining how it was not your idea or fault that it reached this level. Don't expose all tricks in one day. Go away, because you'll claim either you don't understand or don't have time to continue. Exposed.
