Actually that was me that said that. DD countered that his retirement plan was a restaurant in Costa Rica and that he had been working on a good menu for that venture. However, I don't recall him saying that he was going to leave if anybody was elected, it was just a response to my retirement plan.
And my response wasn't about Bernie, it was about Trump as well, I think. Or it might have been if our only choices came down to Trump and Clinton. I'm pretty sure I've made both statements at one point or another.

As I stated before, I understood the conversation to be done in jest between you and dvldog. I didn't read it that closely as I don't really care about the topic. Fact remains that you made the statement of fleeing the country and he responded in kind and that is what the other poster was alluding to and left an impression and perception among others outside the conversation. Personally, I couldn't care less if you both moved there and continued your bromance. The fact remains that dvldog continues to deny anything that is thrown his way and hurls his own insults. I typically respond in kind to these type of individuals as they don't deserve any respect.
