I posted something about this the other day and thought I would expand on this more.

It's still lost on me why Frederick County hasn't dealt with the bizarre numbers for James Wood (1284), Millbrook (1332), and Sherando (1522). Sherando was overcrowded when I attended and it's been that way for over a decade now. Millbrook has the exact same layout (and far more room around the school for potential expansion via trailers or new additions) so it cannot be a capacity issue.

It has to be a "political" issue or something on the school board's end. Maybe parents are complaining. Whatever it is, something needs to change.

It’s politics., but Shersndo number is not 1522 either. Some of those kids are Millbrook and James woods kids coming to Sherando for special needs classes.

Cougars could have dropped down last year, however coach JC Hall from a football standpoint would rather stay division 4. They are agian this year on the enrollment bubble.
